Disciple Studies & Other Classes

DISCIPLE 1 --  Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study

A balanced study of the Old and New Testaments, emphasizing the wholeness of the Bible as the revelation of God.

Wednesdays, Sep 28 - Nov 16 then break until new year.

DISCIPLE 2 -- Into the Word Into the World

Encourages persons to hear what God says and to guide them into service in the world by Scripture.

Tuesdays, 6:30, room 155,Sep 20 - Nov 8 then resume in February

BOTH DISCIPLE CLASSES WILL USE A 2 YEAR FORMAT


SMALL GROUPS:  Have a desire to join or lead a small group study? 
Men, women, and/or couples.  We are planning the following bible studies.

          “Courageous Living” for men, time TBD.  “Four week study designed to challenge you to live courageously for the sake of your family.”  Developed from the “Courageous” movie.  Leader needed.   

IMPORTANT QUESTION -- Would you like to bring forth a greater harvest of fruit for God in your life?  If so, come share a four week Bible study about how to live a fruitful and abundant life for God.  It is called "Secrets of the Vine" and based on Jesus' teachings in a vineyard found in John 15, using a study guide written by Bruce Wilkinson.  Barbara Friedman hopes to offer this spiritually enriching study in March or April.  Please indicate your interest and whether you prefer a day or evening class by calling or e-mailing Angie at the church office, anestel@stmarkseaston.org, or calling Barbara at 410-763-7263

       “5 Conversations you must have with your son”, it is a 6 week session for mothers. The class is open to the public.  Wednesdays at 6:30 - 7:45 PM starting on February 15th and ending on March 21st.Cost is $12 for the study book.
